How do I know what to book in for?
If it is your first time at Skin Fairy, you must book in for a Consultation & Treatment, Consultation & Laser Genesis or a Consultation-Only appointment. This will allocate the appropriate amount of time required for your session and inform us that you are a new client, so we can prepare for a full Skin Fairy Consultation. If you are an existing client, please select “Enzyme Treatment” and this will automatically book you in for the appropriate amount of time. Alternatively, if you are simply wanting to book in for an Omnilux LED, you can book this online.
We will always assess your skin on the day of your appointment, to determine what treatment will best be suited for you to achieve your skin goals. Rest assured, we will talk through treatments options and pricing before commencing!
How often do you recommend booking in for treatments?
For regular maintenance, we recommend booking in to the clinic every 4 to 6 weeks. However, for quicker results, we can bring appointments closer together. On the other hand, we can always work within your schedule and what suits you best!
How long until I see results?
No two skin journeys are the same, and results can always vary. Each client is unique and may have different goals, so it may take some time as well as consistency. At Skin Fairy we factor in a client’s body chemistry and internals, as that can play a huge role in results. Typically we would like to have 6-12 months to work towards a goal, however it can take as little as a few treatments before noticing improvements, or longer depending on the client’s skin.
Is there parking available at the clinics?
Yes! Our clinics in Claremont and Mount Hawthorn both have free parking for our clients.
At Claremont we have two client bays at the front of the clinic, as well as extra parking around the back. Simply drive down the driveway next to the clinic to park around the back.
To find the client parking at Mount Hawthorn, drive through Ilma Lane (next to Snap Fitness), follow the lane and turn right, to the second business parking area, where you will see 'Skin Fairy Parking Only' signs. Walk up to the white door and press the phone button on the keypad, and a staff member will buzz you in. Once you hear the AI generated voice say "door unlocked", open the door and walk through our clinic to front reception.

Can I email or call to schedule an appointment?
Appointment availability
If we are unable to find you an appointment time and day that suits, not to worry! We have a cancellation list and we will contact you when an appointment becomes available.
Contraindications
Please note that we cannot perform a treatment if you have had a cold sore outbreak or if you have had botox/fillers within the last 14 days. Please also inform us if you are unwell or have been in close contact with COVID-19.
